This SW allows you to enable touch feature with a single mouse click. It adds an icon to the Quick Launch Bar so you can immediately enable such feature without going to "Control Panel" --> "Elo..." and so on. Below an image of the Quick Launch Bar modified after having installed TouchEnbled SW:
