We are new at trying our software scenarios. Some boxes have none loaded and others have a few. As we download some additional ones today, they appear on the screen but then are gone if we close down the manikin. Is there something we are missing?

Where are you saving the scenarios when you download them? There are two ways to open scenarios in SimMan (and SimBaby). One is the start scenario button on the bottom left of the GUI and the second way is through the file...open scenario button on the title bar. If you are using the start scenario button within the application the scenarios that are visible are stored here

C:\Program Files\Laerdal Medical\SimMan\ri\userdata\**********\SimMan\scenarios

where ******** is the username you used when you signed on to SimMan. If the scenarios are stored anywhere else you will need to use the file...start scenario method to navigate to the scenario.

 I usually create a shortcut to the C:\Program Files\Laerdal Medical\SimMan\ri\userdata level to speed up future visits to the folder.
