We are exploring the development of a simulation evaluation rubric. Does anyone know of an evaluation tool with reliability and validity? We are looking to develop beginning this Spring if we cannot locate one. Many thanks for your comments in advance.

Me too!  We are currently writing a grant and wil need appropriate evaluation tools when we begin this course.

We are currently using an online survey tool that has worked wonderfully. If you go to www.surveymonkey.com, you can check out what they have to offer. You can build 10 free surveys to test out the ease of use. The only bad thing is you need to be connected to the internet to use it. If you ar5e looking for a portable solution, You can build a data sheet in Office using the Infopath program, though it will take a little time to build. 

I did some experimenting with a survey/evaluation just as a bean counting tool of sorts.  I don't know how objective it is for your needs, but a great source (unlimited) for online survey tracking and development is http://freeonlinesurveys.com - mjw

Did your group develop such a tool? We are looking for one that is a checklist style.
