Is anyone using clinical simulation in exchange for hospital clinical?

Is anyone using a ratio larger than 1:1? 

Currently, it's not obvious what ratio our state board is mandating.  I value simulated clinical and believe that 1 hour in the sim lab is greater than three hours in traditional clinical settings, and maybe even equal to four hours.

Any thoughts on this subject?
