Is it possible to attach air/oxygen to a face mask and for the pressure to be measured by Sim Man?

The short answer to your question is no.

 

The longer answer is that you may be able ot use the SDK released by Laerdal to view some of the stats in the mannequin. Its a much more complicated process than you may want to work with, but it might be possible.
