SimBaby/SimMan won't communicate with Zoll monitor

I have a SimMan Classic and SimBaby (early version) that were communicating appropriately with our new Zoll M series monitor, meaning we could see the HR and tracing on the monitor screen, which has now suddenly stopped working for both manikins about the same time. I have checked all connections and they are tight and changed out cables and link boxes and the Zoll monitor continues to not be able to display the rhythm whether it is connected via the Stat padz or monitor cable.

Is anyone else having this issue or is it time to retire these 2 manikins?

    Thanks,

    Mike Nickerson

    Mike,

Just to run down the easy stuff.  Turn it off and back on... (that one is a joke) Remove and reinstall Simman software on the PC.  Simman, remove motherboard, then plug everything in again and fire her up.  Force and update on the manikins and the link boxes.  Open em up and make sure the connections are tight/plugged in.  Last but not least, if ya need a retirement home for em I have one.
