Does anyone have a tool for orienting new faculty to Sim or is there one by Laerdal?

Concept Media has a new video series that introduces the major concepts related to simulation and debriefing.  It seems to be more oriented to faculty and staff than to students, so it should be pretty good. I watched a preview, and it is done well.
