Sim pad and link box connectivity

We recently sent one of our sim pads for repair after it was dropped and failed to have display. Once it was returned we have not been able to get the simpadand link box to link up and the simpad does not detect any link boxes. Does anyone know how to fix/correct this issue?

Re: Sim pad and link box connectivity

When our SimPad forgets a link box, the best solution I've found is to do the following:

-With both devices off, plug the SimPad directly into the link box you wish to connect to with an Ethernet cable.

-Press the power button on the SimPad, then the link box (When both are powered up, in the top right corner of the screen you should see an icon of the Manikin, then an icon for a wired connection, and then an icon of the LinkBox.)

-On the SimPad, click the Settings Icon and then click on the Wifi Setup.  Configure it to connect to the SimPad wirelessly (Page 18 here:

-Once it is configured, disconnect the ethernet cable from both LinkBox and SimPad and restart both devices. When they restart they will be paired again with the Wifi connection.

    Hope that helps.
