    ALS simulator chest rise update?

We recently inherited an ALS simulator from another division.  In order to utilize it with our current programs, we need to have more than 10 - 20 minutes of chest rise before refilling.  I saw discussions from two years ago about what type of compressor and devices to use for continuous chest rise.  Has anyone since that time made the same modification and what compressor have you used?

    MSnavely,

Hey, we have not needed to do this but we have used the laerdal simman models for about 15 years and as the guts are likely very similar I would put money that a Simman compressor would be your huckleberry.   They also make an adapter so any compressor can be "backed down" to it but these are one ebay for not to much and they are significantly quieter, and last for decades.
