Hello Gerald, You need to start a virtual 3G on your PC.Go to Start>All Progams>SimMan 3G>Server Application.Once you started the application you will see an empty grey screen. This is your virtual 3G.Don't close that application, start your instructor application and select the virtual manikin. Hope this helps Chris
